Picture Perfect

I am taking a beginning photography class this semester and we use the old school cameras, 35 mm SLR film cameras. We develop our own film and then develop our own pictures from the film in a dark room, it's so cool. I've really enjoyed the class, it's taught me to see the world from a different perspective. I have a photograph that's being displayed in the Art Show this weekend at DSC. There is so much patience and detail that goes into creating a "perfect" picture. Today, I spent about 2 hours in the lab to get one picture just right. It's for my portfolio, so I wanted it to be as good as it could get. Let's just say that this class has taught me to be very patient which has been much needed.

Here is the photograph [I took a picture of the picture with my digital camera, so it doesn't exactly do it justice].
